I was completely satisfied with the Front desk staff the Medical Assistant, the doctor was very compassionate and knowledgeable. I give the overall staff and the location a 10.
My visit to Redimed was positive, I recived good attention. The only drawback was the long wait times, probably due to drug tests, school physicals, ect. The staff wre proficient and profesional.
Kudos to Kim. She did the "finest" surgery I've ever seen.. "Finest" in respect to the delicate extraction of a deep 1 centimeter long splinter (about the size of a coarse human hair) from my thumb. She opened the puncture site to the size of a matchstick. .Bleeding was relentless as she went from blotting to looking to trying to snag what she thought she could see. Finally, blindly through the blood, she slid out the sliver that surprised us both. I was fortunate to be in the hands of the right person at the right time.

Use multiple times, staff pleasant and helpful felt treated better than regular doctor office. Highly recommend.
