I visited this location this morning at 8am on 02/13/20204 and the lady up front named Donna was very rude. She didn’t seem to care that she called me Marcus when I clearly put Markisha on the kiosk when signing in, she went on to ask was my number good for calling and text and in a voice loud and clear enough for her to hear me I said yes. I went for an employment drug test. Had a 2:15 appt. I was finally done at 3:30. Two people that checked in after me were taken prior to me. I will never set foot in a RediMed again even if I am dying!
Wait was long even with an appointment, staff was really courteous, and nurse and doctor were very nice
I had a physical, drug screen, and lift test. I was done in an hour and 15. It was busy. Everyone was kind and helpful!
