Redi Clinic has a poor/inflexible policy on late arrivals. I was late 8 minutes and I was not allowed to see the doctor. The receptionist said that after 5 minutes the system cancels the appointment. All appointments were full for the rest of the day. A five minute grace period is not a realistic wait period, especially when patients have made an effort, while sick, to make it in. I will not be going back to RediClinic.
I made an online appointment and 2hrs later went in. All my insurance and personal info was completed online. Great staff and little wait time.
