As always when I’m not feeling well like today and can’t see my primary dr the same day, I come here! Quick and I like that you can easily schedule an appt from my own iPad.. The nurse up front was nice and very friendly as was Dr Lai who took the time to answer my questions ....I feel better that a dr was able to see me and tell me no flu or strep (as a teacher who has had 3 students out with the flu) - I have been worried about getting it!!! I highly recommend HEB Rediclinic!!!
This was my first time visiting RediClinic Montrose and I was incredibly impressed. I made an appointment the day before and they had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff and the doctor were very nice, helpful and attentive. I will most definitely be visiting them again for any future needs!
I had never been b4 so I just walked in. Unfortunately I had to make an appointment for 2 hrs later but I didn’t mind. Everyone was very friendly and efficient and addressed my concerns.
Love the ability to make an appt and be seen in a timely manner. They were great! And quick!
I love this location. It is not only conveniently located near my apartment in the city but I can pick up my groceries while I wait for my prescription. The staff is always so sweet and personable. Customer service is key with me and I always feel like I am a valued patient at this location.
