The np that assisted me was knowledgeable and efficient.. ***Edit\Update*** I am a little concerned with the timeframe it took the NP to assist me. I’m not sure if she is new but spending an hour or more with a pt for something simple is truly unacceptable. I say this because as I waited over 2 hrs to been seen, an hour over my appt. The only reason I am bringing this up now is because my nephew is now at the clinic with the same NP and my sister has been waiting over 2 hrs also to be seen with my nephew. With convenient scheduling and friendly staff, this is definitely a clinic I'll keep in mind for any of the health or testing services they offer.
I am always treated well by Dana when I come to Rediclinic. She is always upbeat, friendly and mindful. She remembered me from my previous time meeting her which made me feel very seen and welcomed. She explains things to me in a way that I understand, which is very helpful since as a college student I know have to go to appointments without my parents. I highly recommend her as a practitioner.
Dana Wallace was the best for my Physical! I definitely recommend her.
