Terrible in my book....telling the mother her 4 yr old child probably has appendicitis and then checked the ears said ear infection in one ear check throat said looks fine no redness or swelling. Wanted blood work... Nurse tries twice in each arm while child is being totally restrained which i understand but when the first nurse fails she goes to get another nurse to try.....childs mother and grandmother looked at each other and said HELL NO. Never had a problem here, unless being thorough is considered a problem!
There service was terrible from the nurse that checked me in to the P.A that did help or leasin to me that was a great way to spend $180.00 dallors.
Horrible service!! horrible patient care!!!!! with the attitudes that you receive when you get there they clearly do not care about you at all!!! no compassion or sympathy whatsoever!!!
Horrible service. Horrible customer service. Horrible all around experience. They even have a sign posted telling you to remind them about you if they have forgotten about you after 20 minutes.
Worst medical care service I've ever experienced. Wish there were negative stars.
Okay so I went in to Redicare Saturday night because I felt very sick. And the dr there told me he wanted me to do a cat scan to see what was going on. I was so sick I didn't think about it. And he didn't explain to me the benifts or risks or anything I had no clue what was going on. And now I feel very upset about it. Especially after reading about it. And learning that it can cause cancer later in life. If he would have told me the risks I probably wouldn't have done it. And I wasn't that sick to need a cat scan. I'm very ... read more
