My kids play contact sports, so needless to say they get injured frequently. We have spent countless hours at Ready care. The staff are always so knowledgable and friendly. Wait times are minimal and rooms are very clean. The doctors give great care along with great follow up advice. I really appreciate all of the above and beyond care the staff have done for me and my accident prone children! Dr Speakman and Bryce NP have become familiar faces and I feel comfortable relying on them to make good decisions regarding our care.... read more
I showed up to this place 10 minutes before their posted closing time with a 18 month old with Croup like symptoms seeking medical help. Our baby was so sick and we were scared and needing advice but the door was already locked. I looked in the window and their were nurses sitting at the desk and two of them looked me in the eye and did not respond. I held my phone up showing it was 10 minutes before their posted closing time and they both ignored me and my very sick son. I was so mad. This place does not care about people, ... read more
Horrible service, bad communication and little care for the patient.
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They do a great job of explaining things and not just handing out prescriptions to "get you out of their hair". Great service and would definitely go back.
They charged me over 300 just for a "sprained ankle" which was worse that just a sprained ankle... The physician didn't even look at it he just went in and was out with in 2 min ... Then I get the bill and they charged me 100 for a stupid brace that one didn't fit right and two I could buy that brace at Walmart for $10. When I called the management she said she "couldn't do anything" and she would talk to the physician and call me back... Worst service ever! I will never go back and I hope you don't either and waste your mon... read more
Great, fast service. It's nice to go to a place where the people know what they are doing and can take care of people in a minimal amount of time
