I have had multiple units here and still rent here because it’s convenient. However. For the amount of money that this place makes they need to do some BADLY NEEDED REPAIRS. I do commercial building maintenance for a living and this place is a disgrace. From clogged gutters with plants growing out of them to busted up concrete with massive holes in the driveway and parking lots.
