We have just had our unit replaced. I was able to get good pricing and help with Mark. The job was done in a timely manner. The team was well organized and professional. I have used Redhawk for all of our Ac heating services. They are always very professional with great service. Just purchased my second Ac from them after 21 years on the previous one. And as always did a great job and completed job and gone by 3 pm. Thanks Mark for a great job.
Scheduled an appointment for Redhawk to replace my evaporator core. It is in very bad shape. I am lucky if I can keep the temperature in my home under 90 at the moment, which they were completely aware of. The appointment was a week away, so we had a long, hot week ahead. The day Redhawk was to be at my home making repairs, they never showed up. My wife called them, and they said they were working on getting to my home.
