So I waited quite a while after moving out to post this review because I wanted to see if they would do the right thing and return my security deposit back. Unfortunately they did not. So this was my first apartment lived here for 3 years and watched two different management groups come through, they all sucked and did not want to fix anything that wasn’t a “15 minute fix”. Maintenance comes out promptly every time I put a service request in. They attend to the problem expeditiously .
The maintenance man did not repair the dishwasher. The water flow from the hot water side has to be increased and he did not test the dishwasher he was only in here for about 3 minutes. And the dishwasher smells after it is done washing and it doesn't dry the dishes. Request a new dishwasher. I have put in a maintenance request to fix the front door as it will not stay shut. The weekend phone number does not work so there's no maintenance to reach. I feel I deserve a partial credit on my rent. As of last summer I was out of ... read more
