Redfin agents are salaried and do not work on commission. This is the first time in 40 years of buying and selling real estate that it is difficult finding a realtor that cares about selling my house. They don't return calls, emails, just HORRIBLE customer service. Try calling their "support lines" it's the same recording and no one ever returns calls. Do NOT recommend these unprofessional agents.

This company and so-called "realtors" are atrocious and unprofessional. First-time homebuyers, we closed on a home back in November 2021, Redfin and the realtor was very slow when it came to various aspects of the homebuying process. - When our realtor tried to reach out to them by phone or email, he would receive responses days later.
