We had a very disappointing experience with Carmen Gioia while attempting to purchase a property she was listing. We submitted an offer above asking price while living out of state. Instead of simply presenting our offer to the seller, she repeatedly questioned our intentions and told our agent that the sellers would only consider our offer if we flew to Austin to see the property in person. Best experience I’ve had with a realtor. Home sold in one day. Better service with better commission prices.
Redfin agents are salaried and do not work on commission. This is the first time in 40 years of buying and selling real estate that it is difficult finding a realtor that cares about selling my house. They don't return calls, emails, just HORRIBLE customer service. Try calling their "support lines" it's the same recording and no one ever returns calls. Do NOT recommend these unprofessional agents.
Carmen is not people friendly .comes across arrogant
