Bad customer service and Agents with no flexibility to serve their customers. We were running late 15 mins and agent wouldn't answer her phone so they just canceled our appointment. Bad business model. Won't use Redfin agent next time as we have 3 loyal agents on call.
Meirav Yaaran constantly goes above and beyond for her customers, is great with setting appropriate exceptions for the home buying process, and truly cares about everyone she works with. Once you have the chance to meet and talk with her, you’ll understand what I mean.
