Buying home should be a happy memory! However, when I was excited to check everything, I realized the basic thing, gate remote and mailbox key don't work. Especially the mailbox key, I never expected the mailbox key is fake. I think a responsible listing agent should make sure all the keys work, instead of leaving all the mess to the buyer. My agent and I tried to contact the listing agent when I found out the problems. But the listing agent, Danny, didn't solve the problems.
