I listed my house with redfin on Jan 10,22. Agent listed the contract for 6 months! when we asked for shorter term, agent said no worries you can cancel it at anytime without any obligation or penalty. Now after like 50 days and no activity in the high demand market we decided to cancel the deal, but the agent says you have to pay commission to us if you sell your house by end of our contract to anyone. Totally rip off! Don't list your property with redfin. Agent says drop the price aggressively then we're gonna have offer. ... read more
