They were very helpful & they explained everything very well. They made sure we understood that they wanted him to be as comfortable as he could be and as painless as he could. The nurse answered every time we called & the time didn’t matter, he was always available. The counselor was also very nice and made sure we knew that we had her support. They also helped us by bringing all the supplies that were needed to keep him as comfortable as possible.
Our experience with Redeemer Hospice was absolutely amazing. The RN Martin Gallegos did an incredible job caring for my grandmother. The amount of care, education, and support he provided for her and us was exceptional. I greatly appreciate him for treating my grandmother with so much compassion and dignity. He not only treated our grandmother, but also our family with respect and always valued our opinions, and even went out of his way to help our every question.
