We called early Saturday morning that is also a holiday weekend. Missy was so nice to speak with and sent Jeremiah out to our house. He was absolutely a professional! So nice, kind and explained what was wrong with our unit. He had our system working in no time! We can't recommend this company enough! We are customers for life!! Absolutely amazing company!
Redeemed came out to service a Rheem warranty issue, and I couldn’t be more impressed. If Christopher is representative of the typical Redeemed employee, I will never use another company. Christopher was knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Most importantly, he was able to quickly diagnose the issue and get it fixed. I truly appreciate the excellent service from Christopher and the entire Redeemed team. Highly recommend!
Had our AC go out as I was putting our kids to bed. I called the next morning and they got me scheduled for the same day. Jeremiah was kind, knew his stuff, and was more than happy to walk me through the options. He was quick and the price was fair. I would 100% use them again

Jeremiah and Luke were very professional. They answered all our questions abd explained and repaired some issues that they found. A very pleasant experience and gained more knowledge on our current system. THANK YOU Chris came to check our AC. Coils cleaned air handler motor and added freeon again. Newly added a UV light to clear contamination on side walls and a new filter system. Our unit needs replacing but we are varying to wait a bit longer. New price was given for a new unit.
