I have trained with Alfonso for years. Very professional. The space is amazing and a great location.
You definitely need to come check out Redeem Fitness LLC for your fitness & health goals. You will not be disappointed. The energy of the instructors is both encouraging and caring. And the workouts are intense & just about kill you (exaggerating), which is great for me. I like a challenge and am more motivated in group exercise/training, like this set up. Great atmosphere! Great trainers! The trainers are very knowledgeable and encouraging! The Power Up class is definitely a full body workout which includes strength training and cardio. All I can say is be prepared to sweat 💦 and reach your fitness goals! No pain, no gain!
