First off, this review is about my visit with Dr. Reddy, not the staff. The receptionist at the front is incredibly sweet!!! She has a kind demeanor in person and when she was on the phone. I saw Dr. Reddy while looking for a new Psychiatrist. I went in and we chatted a little. She had me leave the room for a few mins. She came back out of the room, grabbed the clipboard with my paperwork and had me come back alone. Either the 5-star reviews are fake or she doesn’t treat her patients equally. Dr. Reddy is impersonal, unprofessional, and impolite. I could feel the energy shift every time I entered the room. She didn’t make eye contact and consistently wouldn’t respond to even a simple “how are you.” I am a student who needs accommodations for exams, but that requires a re-evaluation and a letter signed by a psychiatrist. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I've had a great experience with Dr. Reddy. I've been a patient for a few years now, and have had nothing but a positive experience with her. She's caring and concerned about my whole wellbeing. She's genuinely interested in knowing how things are going and making sure I'm doing okay. She always tells me if there is a change in between appointments to always call.

Abysmal office staff! Made an appointment and show up to no one at the office. When I called their other office suddenly all of the doctors don’t have any openings in the foreseeable future. No empathy or willingness to accommodate at all.
