I've been going to RedDoor for just over a month. Coaches Joe and Troy have both been great at working with me to ramp me up to speed on techniques. Don't be afraid if you're like me and are new to the sport and carry a few extra pounds on you. CrossFit is for EVERYONE, and the team at RedDoor will help guide and motivate you on your fitness journey!
Awesome place and great people to be around. Everyone there was very friendly and accepting at the free saturday workout.
