RedDoor has been my happy place and home for 3 years! Amazing coaches that have helped push me to do my best. Because of them I have accomplished goals I didn't even know where possible. Everyday is a new challenge mentally and physically!
Super attentive fundamentals class with Amanda. She is great and helps you understand everything. Cant wait to keep pushing myself to be better!
Just started here, been to some other gyms. The owners seem nice, trainers are good, they have some slick tech for the workouts, and the participants are great as well. Good atmosphere
One of my favorite things about RedDoor is that I genuinely have a good time when I am there working out. It is a very fun and supportive atmosphere, no matter how much the actual WOD sucks. :)
Never a dull moment at this gym! The coaches are great and they keep the wods fun and challenging so you never get bored with a work out!
If you come here, you're cool! If you don't, you're not! 'Nuff said
