RecommendedGreat group of people and Doctors to work with. They do a Great job with colonoscopies and endoscopes.
What a fabulous experience. I guess that sounds funny, but the staff were so nice and accommodating. If I had any reservations or nervousness, they pushed those all away. The morning of the scheduled afternon procedure I was called to see if I could come earlier in the day. I gladly jumped. Although I waited a little bit in the lobby, I was still WAY ahead of my scheduled time and knew food was in my future. Doni, Jane, Jay and Anne were fabulous. (Wish I could remember all the names.) Looking be the Doctors there. All very caring physicians and staff.
Although my appointment was at 1:15 and they were running so late I didn't get in until 3:30 for my procedures and then out until 4:30 p.m. . Dr. Reddy is a very good doctor and I felt no pain whatsoever afterwards. The staff was very nice and helped me with my anxiety towards the situation. They are very good at explaining what happened afterwards and our patient with people like me that do not like Medical stuff.
For a not-so-pleasant routine procedure, their staff made my visit a complete success! Friendly, helpful and understanding! Very efficient from start to finish!!

I can't say enough good things about Redding Endoscopy Center for an endoscopy or colonoscopy. Dr Reddy and all his staff are kind and efficient and willing to explain everything about the procedures and the results. The nurses and anesthesiologist were extremely proficient and also explained each process. I would highly recommend their facility to everyone!
Cheri had an upper GI to determine what was causing her swallowing problem. She had a stricture in her esophagus and Dr. Reddy stretched her esophagus to provide more room for food to go down. She has a Factor 2 blood deficiency which is a bleeding problem that she related to Dr. Reddy. He was very careful in doing the procedure and she had no problem with it. Even though her throat was sore for a few days, she was advised to gargle with salt water and take throat lozenges. She is doing well now.
