Called them out, at first they said someone would call me back , two hours later i had to call them back then they gave me an appointment for the next day between 3-5, guy zack called me at 4 say he would be here in 20 mins, he shows up at 445 and tells me there is nothing they can do for me because its a trailer and they don't do clean out from under the house.. Alex, has red hair and beard. He has unclothed a drain, twice, in our front bathroom. We have a lot of kids an the frequently clog the drains. He was polite, informative, and efficient.
We used Redi Rooter a few months ago. Yesterday we noticed a different issue with a cap and the fitting was cracked so it was leaking slowly. Dennis came by today and replaced the fitting and the cap. He was done in minutes and was very kind, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Dennis and Redi Rooter. Will use them for all issues in the future!
Dennis cleared a drain pipe from our window well that was full of roots. Dennis was very professional and conscientious. He gave us a quote and stuck to it even though it took more time than expected. We will use Reddi Industries for future problems and projects.
