Redbrick Management is very unprofessional and it's beyond frustrating. Michael Carnahan and Kim Loving consistently play favorites with certain homeowners--some get violations for things that others are allowed to have with no issue. It's completely inconsistent and unfair. Communication is a mess. Emails are picked and chosen at random to respond to, and whether you get a helpful answer seems to depend on who you are and what kind of mood they're in that day. When you think a change in property management goes for the better BUT TURNS OUT TO BE WORSE. Having had a unit as a tenant in Des Plaines and Red $rick Management taking over at some point was a nightmare to deal with. I would like to give credit to both Michael Carnahan and John Bremner being the worst experiences on dealing with anything. There could be an asteroid hitting my property and John Bremner especially wouldn’t care to save the property.
