I woke up on no sleep sunday morning 9/11/2016 . I had the sudden urge to check out the schedule for kundalini yoga as i heard about this class a while ago. I ended up going by myself and i met beautiful woman ! The instructor guiding us through such a beautiful practice really made the experience stellar. She connected us individually and as a collective ! I am so grateful for the experience andni can't wait to go back !

Lisa gives the most amazing abdominal mayan massages! I never let anyone touch my stomach before ever but felt completely comfortable with Lisa. She has amazing healing heads! She adjusted my bladder and uterus and now I can actually go 3 hrs. without running to the bathroom instead of every 30 minutes. Now, I'm no longer annoyed and life is great again!
At 36 weeks pregnant I was in much need of a massage. Lisa has magic hands. I loved my one hour session... Only complaint is that 60 min wasn't enough. I should do a longer session next time. I highly recommend Red Tent and specially LISA. Thank you for such an amazing experience.
Baby and mommy yoga is awesome! My little girl loves it too!
