WOW! I wish I could give this zero stars but it wouldn't let me! This place has ZERO integrity! Due to Covid our vacation had to be cancel, not just because we wanted to "Stay healthy" or anything, but literally because Gov. Herbert said we can not be within 6 Ft of other families if we do not share a household with them. Well We rented a hours for 3 families to go to a Football tournament with our kids. So we called to cancel and they refuse to give us our money back! They want to give us a voucher instead... why the heck w... read more
We had a group of 16 people. Check in was easy, house was clean, and we had no issues. Managers were very responsive. We rented Unit 121 and had 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The house was beautiful!!! Beds are comfortable!!! Bunk beds were all full sized which was great. They were a little rickety but still great! Close to the water park....just a one block walk! Beautiful scenery!!! We would recommend completely and will come back again!!!

We had bed bugs and we sent them pictures of the bed bugs and the bites all over my body. There was even the standard fesses or dead bugs in the mattress that they say to watch for. After waking up and having mosquito like itches all over my body after sleeping I pulled the sheets back and found the evidence. We even found a bed bug on the bed. I didn't ask for a refund or a penny from them. All I wanted them to do was fumigate and send me a copy of the fumigation. I understand that someone can bring them in and it's not the... read more
