We stayed at paradise village 117 and the Home was absolutely beautiful! Red sands vacation rentals were amazing to work with and so professional! I received a call upon arriving to make sure everything was okay and to ask if there was anything that we needed! We will definitely use then next time!
My experience with the red sands staff was very positive. They were responsive and helpful. However, I would never stay in Las Palmas 1633 again. The WiFi was essentially unusable, even after rebooting, severely hampering my ability to get anything done. And when the kids went to use the incredible facilities right outside the back patio they were told that the owners of 1633 had not purchased a membership and we were not allowed to use such facilities. Kaylee, Jacob, and Clint are so wonderful to work with. They are professional and pleasant and I recommend them to anyone that will listen!
Red Sands handled our reservation efficiently and they responded quickly. The owners of the unit we rented need to amend their description because the fireplace did not work (on Xmas Eve!) and the tv had 'no signal'. There were other small issues and we were so disappointed that we vacated 1-1/2 hrs after arriving. We don't fault Red Sands for this, the owner needs to make changes.
I've been using them for 5 years now every time i go to St George. They are awesome to deal with and very friendly! Their places are always in great shape! Highly recommend using them!
We stayed in Los Palms 2012. Working with Red Sands staff was very nice. They were very helpful during the booking process and all check in codes were delivered prior to arrival. This made it very nice to pull up and get right into the condo. The condo itself while we love the layout there were several little things about the condo that made it a condo I would not rent again.
