Red Rover is exceptional!!! Heidi has a wonderful place for my great dog to play and interact with other dogs in an extremely healthy and positive atmosphere, cageless indoors and out, and my dog absolutely loves it!!! Highly recommend!!! Skeptical? My dog is a rescue and never trusted anyone til she went there. Check it out, you won't be disappointed. You'll be amazed.
I love the dogs but hate the owner....aka.. Heidi. She's horrible to her employees and treat us...them.. as slaves and she wonders why she cannot keep anyone around to work for her. I wouldn't recommend this place at all .. to board or work here because her true colors show when her clients aren't around. She doesn't know much about as animals ... no real knowledge on health treatments about the dogs and can be oblivious to any real treatment her rescue needs. The owner is very unprofessional and rude. The dogs get very little outside time and the place is poorly staffed. The washing machine usually isn't working so the blankets get re-used with several dogs ,often saturated with urine for long periods of time. Heidi is anal and meticulous about small things but doesn't understand the over all lack of care for the animals. She has a big heart just very oblivious to her surroundings.
Red Rover is great! They kept me informed of my dogs activities.
My dog who doesn't really like dogs loves this place and has been coming for years. Heidi and her team really know dogs and dogs psychology. It is great to see all of my dogs reaction when I say we are going to Red Rover. They love it! It is also great to know that someone is physically there 24 hours a day and it is completely cage free. I highly recommend Red Rover!
