An FYI for other customers: If you have a complaint, don't try to solve it with the online form.. the customer service is non-existent. This restaurant is typically pretty good at getting the orders right in a timely manner, but my last order was horribly wrong and for the price point, it should be perfect. The store is always clean, but severely lacks atmosphere and the decor is very dated.
New staff that lacks confidence and knowledge - needs better training (not her fault) Ordered 2 traditional roasts meals and 2 pieces of Honey chicken. Got the roasts but no honey chicken - only honey sauce. When asked the staff member about the drinks she hadn't included any so had to update the order. (Not trained properly). When rang re the Honey chicken was told to come back and pay the difference.
