One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a fast food corporation, talked on there phone for 15-20, was talking to a customer about their Spotify while at least 5 people were waiting in the line, walked out.
I am elderly. The staff are friendly & considerate. The chicken is very good
The staff were rude when we asked about the delivery. It also took a long time to arrive, and we were not allowed to use the toilet even though the place was empty. It’s simply a matter of basic humanity and compassion. Bad service.
Not surprised to see this place closing down soon
