I like this hotel,book here often. Rooms are always clean and staff very nice and professional. Just two things,what happen to the app and why can't I use my points?
The lobby's beautiful. The room that we stayed in was very nice. We had a kitchenette which was very nice. We could go to the grocery store and buy paper plates and paper towels and boxes of Kleenex. Just a suggestion. Maybe have them available for guests if you want to have them purchased for $3 or something Beds are comfy No elevator must use stairs Beautiful pool area I gave everything a four because things just weren't perfect. Sherry is amazing the front desk.
The stay was good and the hot tub was really cool surprised they had one, polite service and nice cooks shontel the cook thankyou for your kind welcome.
