Rooms are clean and the staff is fantastic
Unclean. Carpet filthy. Dirty, brown, dusty, smells of urine in the corner. A/C unit damaged. Very dirty filter. Tub very dirty; needs Comet and bleach. Dirt and hair all over the bathroom floor. When visiting Knoxville always book your room early, especially during fall ball season.
The sink is too high. The vent in the restroom did not work. The cable connection was bad, unable to watch the TV.
