The staff was very knowledgeable polite awesome and excellent the service was above and beyond my expectations and the gift for my service dog was unbelievable and surprising 2 dog bowls, poop bags, towel, water, wipes and snacks he was so happy. Unfortunately, the staff at this motel seem to have no proper training in customer service, and management lacks control over their team. They do not appear to be trained in corporate social responsibility or basic hospitality.
