Customer service is absolutely outstanding! Clean rooms, nice beds and pillows for an affordable price! We stay at hotels almost every weekend with our travels and we are impressed.
This was my first experience at a Red Roof location, as I typically stay at Hilton properties. My husband was attending the Eerie horror fest event nearby so my daughter and I accompanied him for the weekend. We chose this hotel basically because of the location to his event and the price was very reasonable. I really did not know what to expect but I have 0 complaints about the whole stay. Very clean, staff called to make sure everything was good with the room after check in. We were pleasantly surprised. It’s downtown so expect urban noise.
never had a issue here I stay here once a week for work and rooms always clean towels are full and the people working here are great
