Great place to rest and relax While visiting in Erie. Staff was exceptionally nice and I would return here when I come to Erie Pennsylvania.

Edited to add: 9/4/25 (evening): so you don’t have an assistant general manager by the name of Dastan K? Funny because when I called 2 hours ago and asked for him by name, they said he wasn’t in. I don’t need to provide any additional details, as it’s clear you will continue to lie. My review, and previous reviews, mention bed bugs. Some include pictures and videos. Customer service is superb!!! The rooms are a different story; there was nothing clean about anything in our suite (room 212: 3 beds, small kitchen) aside from the bed linens and towels. They appeared clean. The walls had dirt and even blue paint smears on them. The floor was so sticky our shoes stuck to it (the manager called and told me later that they had deep cleaned the room and not allowed the floor to dry properly.
