Well all I can say is LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS the owner is very aware of complaints of this hotel , spent 2 hundred something with a jacuzzi tub that didn't work, holes in ceiling, mattress was beyond disgusting I felt the springs, and I definitely heard some headboard banging activity upstairs he acted like he was running out of rooms psh naa just don't go here I was beyond uncomfortable all the homeless hangs out next to your window pecking on it and the parking! Talk about some jerks taking up two or three different spots

If I can give this hotel a "0", I would. Staff at the front desk was friendly. We went to our room on the second floor. The elevator was slow and dirty. The people that were across from us came out the same time as we were going to our room, and their dog almost attacked our 2 dogs. She had to pull her dog back into the room. I noticed too much wrong with the room from the start. We stayed in Chattanooga for my husband's surgery. We got to the Red Roof and walked in and it smelled moldy. They checked us in and we went to our room and found out it was not as nice as the pictures depict. The beds were made but I don't think they had been cleaned. My mother in law found two beads under the sheets. Pet hair was all over the place. The floor was dirty and not swept. I found a press on nail laying in the floor. The people were loud at night. Worst hotel experience ever we paid for 2 days and 1st charge 40 dollar early check in fee at 9 am and 2nd our last day they beat on the door telling us it's passed check out time and they basically harassed us any and everytime they saw us even barged in our room accusing us of smoking whatever they thought we were smoking because someone down the hall was smoking weed but wasn't us terrible experience period they should be shut down the way they treat people and talk to people that play good hard earned money I personally ... read more

If I could give it ZERO STARS, I would. The room is non smoking but smells like cigarettes. There was Feces on the toilet seat. The towels had BLACK STREAKS!!! I went downstairs 5 minutes after checking in to tell them to give me my money back because how dirty it was and they were trying to argue with me about that and how I left a bag in the trash. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!
