Totally remodeled, Beautiful hotel, GREAT helpful friendly staff! Loved the Modern New decor. King suite was huge and Beautiful and very clean… love that the parking lot is very very lighted and cameras everywhere good area. We will be back..
Clean, comfortable, and safe! I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room and the upkeep of the hotel was! The staff was friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions! Dalvin was kind and answered all my questions! Hotel room was cool upon entry and had no weird smells! The bathroom was super clean and the shower was hot and had great water pressure!
This facility allowed two people to stay in the room I rented without my approval and then kept my deposit because they smoked in the room when I even told the security guard that they needed to go check because of illegal activity happening. Then I couldn’t reach a manager for over a week. Veryyy not professional!
Horrible experience. Arrived around 2 am and was told we were getting a 2 night stay for $142. Very skeptical to even stay there but it was late and all surrounding hotels were booked for the night of or the following night so it was the last resort. After frustration, we settled. We were given a 2 queen room. The hallway had some sticky substance that had not been mopped up. When arriving in the room, it was extremely dark with barely any lighting even with the lamps on. Very reasonable staff and management 💯 will address any needs or issues promptly rooms are nice clean spacious and the pool is always clean a lil cold but I think me being older makes me feel like it colder
