The worst experience ever the room had a funny smell there was urine on the toilet seat when I walked in, they are very rude ! The towels were disgustingly dirty The curtains had blood stains on then and old blood splatter on the bathroom door it gave “Crime scene” vibes I NEVER got my deposit back anytime I stayed there and they always blame it on “my bank” checkout is at 11am but they bang on your door yelling at you from 8am to 11am
Giving 3 stars mostly for the location being right off the highway and that the hotel is nice for a Red Roof Inn and i don’t want to discourage people for booking for the convenience factor. However, we specifically chose this hotel because they had a king suite with separate bedroom from the living space as we were traveling across the country with pets and wanted a little more space. Totally remodeled, Beautiful hotel, GREAT helpful friendly staff! Loved the Modern New decor. King suite was huge and Beautiful and very clean… love that the parking lot is very very lighted and cameras everywhere good area. We will be back..
Clean, comfortable, and safe! I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room and the upkeep of the hotel was! The staff was friendly and helpful with dinner suggestions! Dalvin was kind and answered all my questions! Hotel room was cool upon entry and had no weird smells! The bathroom was super clean and the shower was hot and had great water pressure!
This facility allowed two people to stay in the room I rented without my approval and then kept my deposit because they smoked in the room when I even told the security guard that they needed to go check because of illegal activity happening. Then I couldn’t reach a manager for over a week. Veryyy not professional!
