We recently stayed for the University of Alabama graduation. While the location was convenient and the shower's water pressure was excellent, the overall experience was very disappointing. Upon entering the room, there was an overwhelming odor. Additionally, the pillows were flat, the AC system was outdated, and there was spilled coffee near the coffee pot that had not been cleaned. If I could give zero stars I would. When we got into our fist room as soon as you walked in you could smell musky cigarettes, we always check the bed sheets first thing and there were cigarette burns and stains everywhere so when seen the lady from the front desk in the hallway we told her within a minute the owner called her wondering why she was in the hallway talking to us. Very disappointed with this stay. The bedding didn’t feel clean, and the towels seemed the same. The bedspread had cigarette burn holes, and the closet doors were broken. The pool water was dirty and cloudy—no one in our family even got in. There was no hand soap in the room, and the fridge wasn’t working properly. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Thank you for being pet friendly. Rooms in the main floor are so convenient. The young black lady at the desk was nice and professional. By far, the bed was so comfortable.
