This place didn’t feel safe or clean. No lobby or gated entrances. The AC barely cools off the room and is extremely loud. The sink has a huge crack in it and the shower head was splashing back and leaking. Had mysterious hair and stains on the towels. The room felt filthy and sticky everywhere. This place may be called a shelter but it’s definitely not a hotel.
Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. I would not recommend it for families, especially those with young children. Guests were frequently smoking right outside their rooms, and the room itself had a strong unpleasant odor. The blankets had cigarette burn holes, the bathroom door didn’t have a lock, and the beds were old and overly soft. Overall, our stay was not pleasant, and the property is poorly maintained.
