For the price in the area this hotel gets nearly a 5 star. The staff does a good job at keeping it clean and making the most out of it despite the clientele that the price may attract. The people at the Front Desk are kind and friendly and always go above and beyond to help out. Nina is awesome. She made sure that I was satisfied with the room that I got. Absolutely wonderful! You truly could not ask for more for the price!! The employees are all kind, the rooms were not the cleanest I have ever stayed in, however, I am truly impressed. Some of these more negative reviews seems to forget where they booked. Is it up to Hilton standards? Likely not, but it never claims to be. You are paying two star hotel rates, have two star expectations. You are safe, sheltered and have ac/heat. The TV has worked well and the internet has been slightly slow, but reliable. Do not stay here unless you have no other choice. Rooms smell weird, TV is satellite and half the channels won't load, drawers are filthy, and they charge 10 dollars a day for a mini fridge. Avoid this place at all costs!!!
