The room we stayed in had mold, we checked in at 330, put our suitcases away and went to a concert, returned around 1230 and noticed the mold, at this point we asked for a refund, they said no we had 30 minutes to inspect the room. They offered us to move to a different room but my wife felt uncomfortable so we left, the hotel manager Mr. Patel offered 20% off our next stay but I would never stay in that hotel again. Don't stay here if you value your health

The room was terrible, it was so dirty. There was a sticky stain by the refrigerator. There was stains on the sheets, bugs in the lights, smell was very bad! The staff were nice, and they made it easy for a refund. I did appreciate that and also the refrigerator and microwave. Not every place is for everyone, and although our experience was great, at all, I did appreciate how they understood and made it easy for the refund. We did check out.
