This place was absolutely filthy. I had to use the floor towel inside of the tub because the bottom of the tub was so dirty that I didn't want my feet to touch it. Me and my daughter woke up with bed bug bites all over us and we showed the staff. The body wash and shampoo and conditioner containers were empty so we could not shower properly and the towels were so soiled we used our own clothes to dry off.
