Tried to check in for a short night. We were told they only accept cash (even though the sign on the window says cards are permitted) and the nightly rate is $20 more than posted. After agreeing to cash, the clerk wanted an additional $25 for a non-smoking room.
Extremely nice staff, rooms very clean. A bit pricey for that area, as all the hotels in Sumter are, but I would pick this one out of them all.
He got a nasty mouth
I absolutely love this hotel. All the staff has been very kind and make sure they are attentive to my needs a customer. This year has come with many changes and to find a hotel that makes me feel like home, is a true blessing. I would recommend and visit again. Thank you.
