Drove 12 hours just to find out our reservation was canceled. No body called to let us know; they had our number and email. One of our key cards didn't work, The shower was weak, the rates were too high and to top it off there's a $10 fee just to eat breakfast. I'll go some else next time.

Love this place. This is my second time at the Holiday Inn and i will definitely come back. The only thing I would advise is for management to do a walk-thru to make sure the bathrooms are clean in the shower curtains are replaced other than that for stars.

Staff at front desk was very nice. Went to bar to eat and sliders were excellent. Penne pasta was terrible. Asked before we ordered if it was fresh....reply was "of course " it was. Pasta was under cooker and not within the 10 minutes between when we ordered and when we we served. Told bartender it was bad and got no reply. Went back to room and toilet would not flush. Maintenance brought a plunger and did fix it. Would have thought housekeeper would have reported it when cleaning room. I'm a platinum member too. Will rememb... read more

My mother just checked into your hotel tonight, she called me to tell me about the exceptional service she had upon check-in. A nice young lady named Celeste checked her in. I called Celeste to thank her personally. Through the phone I could tell she had the most beautiful heart. Really easy to talk to and laugh with. Thank you so very much for your service Celeste and I also would like to thank the manager Dorian I spoke to him upon making my reservation, he is what customer service is all about! You guys definitely rock!
