Our room had a clogged toilet from the beginning of the first morning we were there we asked for a plunger or to have someone come up and check on it first thing in the morning and finally got handed a plunger around 6 o’clock that evening. I had to plunge the toilet myself! You’re welcome holiday inn where is my check?

I stayed at the from July 27 until July 29. On July 28 around 11 am, I asked the house keeping staff to clean my hotel room. Afterwards, I informed the front desk that I needed my hotel room cleaned. I returned to the hotel at approximately 9 pm and my hotel had not been cleaned. I asked the front desk clerk for towel, face clothes, and trash bags. Nice, clean room. Modern. Restaurant served good, fresh, well-prepared food. We arrived late, so we ate dinner at the restaurant, and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. Breakfast included beautiful, fresh fruit and good bacon, eggs, grits, waffles, good juices and coffee. Service was attentive, but food delivery was a little slow. Everyone at the hotel were warm and personable. Hotel was nicely decorated and clean.
Everything with the room was in excellent condition. That's why we choose Holiday Inn Express when we travel. It was the breakfast I wasn't impressed with, you had to pay for it. All of the Holliday Inn Express we have gone to have continental breakfast. The food wasn't even warm, we were there around 7:30 am. Then they wanted $3 for a glass of orange juice.
