My boyfriend (ftm, I say this because he still can be seen as a girl a bit despite starting hrt) needed a last minute place to stay because of a gas leak in his apartment. Upon walking in a creepy dude was sitting in the lobby. The lady at the front went to the counter to check us in, taking his ID to check age then very loudly stated he had recently turned 18. Excellent service! I like everything here and would be happy to come again!
Hallways were dirty stepped on a fake nail, lamp was dirty, toilet paper hold was damaged, shower curtain damaged, front desk lady was polite, location it’s near stuff. Not a place I would rent if I came back for vacation/trip & only reason stayed here is because place company work for booked & paid for.
Room 203 a ski room was horrible. The floors have water damage, well all wood work has water damage in the room. The bathroom floor was literally bubbling up. My husband went down and was going to ask for a different room but heard the lady tell another lady that they didnt have any available. When he went to turn the TV just a little so he could see it better it went out. He spent 20 minutes working on getting it back working.
