I've stayed at this location for over 10 years when traveling. I always like to get the same room and Mandy there was the best and very helpful. With her assistance I will continue to visit this location 👍👍👍👍👍 💯... and once again I showed up with the same great expectations but this time was a disappointment. I called before as usual to confirm same room on file and was set but when I checked in I was put in a different room. To some this may be petty but my visit has a special meaning to me and hard for me to overlook

Tammy helped me this morning with her jump box but my battery was very low and it didn't work. Then Charlie came on and between running the front and giving me a jump with better cables helped it finally started. I want to say everyone that worked at the front desk did a great job.

Maria was absolutely wonderful. She helped me out very late in the evening with getting snacks from the kitchen when my child was having a severe low blood sugar and the snacks that we had on hand already weren’t enough. She was very quick and more than willing to help us. Thank you so much Maria!
