My first impression was great. Rooms looked clean. Until I opened the shower curtain to take a shower and there was a cockroach with little babies crawling around in it. I took a picture of it and went to get a refund, and they refused to give me a refund and offered another room. What good is another room going to do? If there is one, there is a million!! Disgusting!!

I will never stay at this location again. I have emailed my concerns to this location now twice with NOTHING being done. Heat would blow so high that even with the thermostat at 60 it felt like 85! Paint chips all over the flooring and the sealer that was put on the bathtub was peeling as well and so it would have chips floating in the water. Room smelled smokey. Wifi was terrible. TV didn't work. And I have on my reservation to have a ground room and none were left in the room I booked so they had to switch room type. Never... read more
Service sucks and the WiFi works shitty. All rooms are smoke free and the rooms, we stayed in smelled smokey. They clam they clean, that's a big joke.
Horrible service. I waited for the first desk clerk for 20 mins on 6/8/2014 @ 1:30am. I am 7 months pregnant and had to use the bathroom if the clerk had taken any longer I sure I would have had a accident. I was then charged $15.00 more than the rate I had previously locked in and had a room change with no notification until entering the room. Only 5 tv stations worked and my room smelled of smoke.
