they rude, no amenities in room, can't get a straight answer from any of them.

We booked a room for 5 people and were not given a trundle bed or couch for the 5th person. We requested a blanket and pillow so my child could sleep on the FLOOR and they would not give us a 5th pillow only another blanket! We were offered a shuttle service to our port and paid in advance, and then attempted 3x before we were able to actually schedule, coming down when the concierge said the man was available. Clyde Ohio. 0 Stars. I stayed there to visit my Grandson who works at Whirlpool (nearby). I had a very filthy, dirty, nasty, hotel room. And, the Daytime Manager on duty was very, very, rude. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Drive to another city, (Clyde Ohio is a small town, this was the only hotel there), and take your money elsewhere, until they clean up their rooms, and change Daytime Managers. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It's disgustingly dirty and nasty. Checked out the same night we checked in.. Rooms not cleaned, smelt gross, I wouldn't take my shoes off even though my Hubby tried to clean the floors with towels that were white ended up black 🤢🤢🤢🤢 The whole place felt unsafe and smelt of weed.
