I come from another state to visit the city, I have my children 1- the room smells so much of smoke that I had to ask to be changed. 2- the second quarter I found bed bugs. 3- the dirty bathrooms, the filthy walls ... 4- the old dust-smelling beds ... terrible experience and the worst thing they don't return the money😡😡😡
This was the worst Hotel expierence ever!!!! First room we received smelled like smoke and they relocated us and then the next room had bed bugs. Rooms were not cleaned terrible !!!
Recommendedi was there in November and the room was clean the eqipped with microwave mini fridge with cable and wifi the cleaning staff was very nice and courtesous i do agree that the front desk could use some help in CS.

No hot water in any room and I was offered 3 different rooms because the 1st one had bed bugs. The staff tried to assist by moving the room around but they all were the same. 1st desk assistant Kandy showed an attitude when I was checking out because I wasn't satisfied with the service. The manager showed very little interest in the situation and acted as if he just wanted to get me signed out. The worst hotel experience EVER!!!!
make sure the hot water is running. make sure there are no bedbugs in the rooms. better management and customer service

The bed was too hard, the pillow was too hard, the sheets were coarse, trucks on the nearby highway ran all night, a dog in a nearby room barked in the middle of the night. At 6 am people were talking loudly outside my room. People were stomping around upstairs during the night.
