I had 2 rooms , 1 room the air conditioner/heat wasn't working , I wanted a refund at 6pm because I was going somewhere else to stay because I have asthma & fibromyalgia ! They never gave us any towels or wash cloths either !

The carpets in the hallway are badly stained. The one chair in the room was broken. The heating unit in my room didn't work. Staff provided me with a portable heater that did work. At best, this motel is just okay. I stay here once a year because it's cheap.
