Fabulous hotel! I can't say enough good things. They provided me (accurate) directions around OKC. They provided me a wake up call, had a shuttle ready for me at the time I asked, and picked me up 8 days later at the airport for free. I liked that they let me park my car for free at the airport while I was gone on vacation. Because I didn't have to pay for airport parking, the room basically paid for itself! Door to the bathroom was broke, mirror frame was coming off the wall. Was given a yellow towel, that was badly stained. There was a couple bugs in the bathroom. Two spots on wall needed patching. Have pictures to show...
The absolute best experience I have ever had!! The staff was so friendly. Alicia is the nicest hotel manager I have ever met! I had my 10 year old daughters birthday party here and she was so sweet to these girls (and we all know how 13 little 10yr old girls can be when they get together). I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great room with friendly service and VERY affordable prices.
By far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. No water pressure, staff looked like they just walked out of prison, couldn't clean the room at all. Had a box of pizza waiting for the cleaning person to pick up, never picked it up. So I put it outside the room and it stayed there for three days. I don't refined this to anybody!
The room was large, service was good and the breakfast was complete
First no hot water. When calling about it was told was that way the whole day. Should have been informed of that fact when we checked in. Then the hot tub. DO NOT use their hot tub! My daughter and I both ended up extremely sick the 2nd day after going in. Fever chills cough diarrhea. I am still recovering. Since I flew home next morning and she drove back to Alva OK with her brother (who didn't get in hot tub and didn't get sick) but both got extremely sick the same way is how we know it was the hot tub.
