No hot water tub wouldn’t drain coffee maker leaked and front desk guy was on the phone on speaker !!!!

THIS HOTEL IS AWESOME!! AMBER WAS A GREAT SPORT, PLAYED W MY KIDS, LET THEM BE KIDS, WE ENJOYED THE POOL N HOT TUB, THE ROOM WAS PERFECT, BREAKFAST WAS HOT, N GOOD, I looked for the things I found in the reviews, n found no bugs, or mold, or stinky smells as others had said in their reviews! I'd give this place a 10 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆ if possible! We will be back!!
I will never stay in this hotel ever again! I stayed here a year ago and it was not this bad! This time there is Mold in bathroom, shower does not get warm, the maid service is horrible, they left other rooms dirty laundry in our room and did not make the fold out bed, the tv and lights dont work properly, the maids yell and talk to each other in the halls at 7am, the staff is rude and I think they are Anti-Christmas! Absolutely NO CHRISTMAS Decorations in this hotel! Beware!
Serious state of disrepair! Hole in ceiling with mold all around it from a water leak. Tub floor is stained, drywall from ceiling covering towels. Light bulb laying on the bathroom vanity. Peanuts on the floor. People in the next room smoking. Desk clerk very rude, did not want to give a refund. Took over half an hour to get out of that slum. Left and went to another Hotel. Pics in comments.
!They have a great event space I've been to several small conferences and would highly recommend them.
