We made an online reservation. Got there and was told could not go in room. I was not even able to pay for it! It was 2pm and we had kids and meds that need to be in a fridge. My husband went in and cancelled our reservation. The woman said she did but still charged us for a room??? Someone better get with me and get our money returned.
My wife did not recommend y’all like it says on your page. Keep ripping off disabled folks and their kids. Ron you’re a sorry person.
Disappointed is a hotel disgust, for its category, in the front desk, which are the first face of bienvinida, are extremely hostile, especially Ms. Lucy NY. Leave a lot to say to others the rooms are super old. with humidity probrelans, leaks and smell of fungus. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT NOR FOR ONE NIGHT.

service sucks packed three rooms worth of our stuff up and put in a laundry basket all mixed together instead of calling our boss and extending our rooms
I booked a room at the hotel for 13 Dec 2018’s stay thru Agoda which already deducted my money and on the date we arrived the hotel has my money deducted again by the hotel (75.17 USD) without any information and without my signature which I just found out so I need my money back I called the hotel while I was in the US but they said they will contact back since the person who knows how and why wasn’t there but I didn’t get any call back and I left for Thailand on Jan 10th I emailed the hotel again but has no response and as... read more
