I have experienced something very strange and unusual. I don't know if it's the hotel itself or the room that I have booked. Room 405, experienced weird activities. I don't want to say that room is haunted, but I did felt uncomfortable about weird noises of footsteps not in the hall, but inside the room. And bathroom door suddenly opens by itself.
This hotel is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. On our last evening there, after a long day of competition, we came back to our rooms to find no hot water, while it was 0 degrees outside. Then several of our coaches and players had bed bug bites! We later scanned the rooms and found a live, medium sized bed bug. The front desk "checked" the rooms and despite having evidence on a napkin and photos, they "did not find anything". The general manager is probably the worst GM we've ever dealt with. Let the pictures speak for themselves, I mean this place is totally disgusting! The street would be better to sleep on! Can’t wait to get back to Columbus, Ohio and report this MESS! I live a few blocks from the main office!
