Beware of the scam this hotel is running they won't let you into your room so you go to a great hotel down the road and red roof says they will refund the money but still have not 3 months later the rudest non helpful staff so Beware please

I checked into this location the evening of the 3rd and upon checking in was charged a $100 room deposit along with the nightly rate. I did not check out until the morning of the 5th. Was told they would refund my room deposit back to my debit card. Have been calling since Wednesday morning and keep hearing my card is not accepting the refund yet they received payment for the 2 nights stay. I have stayed at this location several times and never had an issue…until now. I paid $161 for the first room to have mold on the ceiling, a decent sized hole in the tub, and the room smelled like weed. I had my grandkids with me visiting my newest grandbaby which would be in the room as well. The woman at the front counter was snippy and told me they were booked and only had one room left.
