Front desk guy is awesome and room is clean!
I was stupid and booked wrong day and they gladly did a refund and gave me a room also I was pleasantly impressed about how clean and nice these rooms are me and my wife were happy great place to rest and possibly take a swim thanks for reading
It's a truly budget hotel and you get what you (don't) pay for, but given it was a home FB game weekend, all other hotels were outrageously expensive. It did the job for a place to store things when I didn't have a car, and sleep for the night. Bed wasn't bad, didn't use shower so no comment there. Unfortunately, the room booked for me through Priceline ended up being a smoking room, which did indeed reek of smoke.
