The people are kind and understanding, and the rooms are kept clean and the fridge works well.
This place is absolutely terrible. I had a very unpleasant experience during my stay. The owners, an Indian couple, were extremely difficult to deal with and seemed irrational at times. I went through a lot of unnecessary stress here. My last incident stands out: I requested an extra hour, (as I was gathering things to prepare to move out) and agreed to pay $25 for it. I even went to the office to pay, but the woman wasn’t there. After waiting 10 minutes, I politely asked if that time would be added to my extra hour. Instead... read more
Please go to another red roof. Bedding had stains on them they have a unrealistic pet policy customer service skills is very poor please go to another red roof who will give you better quality of service
